A fairer start.
A future of your own.
We believe understanding homeownership should be accessible long before you’re ready to buy.
Built around your first time.
heim exists for young adults in Germany who want to explore buying their first home but don’t know where to start. Our goal is to turn an unfamiliar process into understandable decisions: what to learn, what to prepare, and what to ask before moving forward.
We want you to feel confident enough to participate in the conversation. You shouldn’t need to grow up around property ownership to understand how it works.
We see the barriers.
Saving for a first home while paying rent can mean balancing today’s independence with tomorrow’s plans. Upfront expenses, lending assessments, and unfamiliar paperwork can make the distance between wanting a home and buying one feel immense.

Confidence, without a sales deadline.
We explain the journey, help you organise your preparation, and connect your questions to useful next steps. We cannot change housing prices or promise mortgage approval. What we can do is give you a clearer place to begin.
Homeownership can be part of a long-term plan, but it brings debt, maintenance, and financial risk as well as opportunity. Renting can also support an independent, secure life. Our aim is an informed decision that fits you.
